Lithium Balance contains the trace mineral lithium in the supplemental orotate form. Lithium orotate is a safe option for those seeking natural support for brain health and mental wellbeing.
Please note that the product is now in capsules not tablets with a slight change to the formulation.
Lithium is a trace mineral found in several foods, like whole grains and vegetables. Supplementation with this mineral is an option to support optimal levels. Lithium helps strengthen nerve cell connections in the brain that regulate mood, cognition and behaviour. Orotate is an organic carrier that transports natural lithium easily across the blood-brain barrier. Combining organic lithium with orotate often makes it more effective than the inorganic chemical form and is without any known side effects.
Please note that we have changed the format from tablets to capsules. Each capsule still contains the same amount of lithium orotate as before. The serving size has been adjusted to 1 capsule to better accommodate individual requirements.
