What time do I need to order by for same-day shipping?

We aim to post all orders placed before 1pm GMT, Monday-Friday the same day.

Do you offer express shipping for UK orders?

We offer a DPD courier option which guarantees delivery within 48 hours (excluding weekends). This service is available free of charge on UK orders over £100 in value.

Can you leave the package in a safe place?

If your package is sent with Royal Mail, you can ask your postman or woman to leave in a safe place. If the order is sent with DPD courier, you will be emailed a one-hour time-slot and have the option to make any delivery requests via your email confirmation. Unfortunately, our team cannot make DPD delivery requests on your behalf.

Are you open at the weekend and on bank holidays?

We’re here from Monday to Friday 9-5pm, excluding bank holidays. You’re welcome to email us at sales@goodhealthnaturally.com and we’ll get back to you when we’re back in the office.

How much do I need to spend for free postage?

For UK orders, we offer free postage on orders over £30 in product value. Please note, this may differ on practitioner, trade and international orders.

I have a problem with my order – what should I do?

If your package arrives damaged or you have a problem with the products received, this should be reported within 5 working days of receiving your items. You can either give us a call on 0333 7777 333 or email us at: sales@goodhealthnaturally.com and our customer service team will be able to advise further.

Whoops, I missed an item off my order. Can I add this?
