Directions
Adults and Children over age 12 - take up to 3 capsules twice per day after a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children under age 12 - take 2 capsules per day after a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Cautions:- If taking thyroid or iron medication, wait 2 hours before using Active Life™ capsules.
